Ford Servicing in Edmonton. My recommendation...DONT BUY A FORD!
The vehicles are ok, but there isn't a Ford Dealership in Edmonton that can be trusted. JUST ONCE...I would love to say...Awesome Job. You did everything I asked for, did a excellent job.
So far, every time I have used Ford servicing and I have tried 3 different dealerships, the work isn't always done, things are missed and make up appointments are needed.
Freedom Ford are rip off artists, 75th and 75th are outright liars and con artists. 91street Ford, doesn't do all the work, doesn't do anything unless you are 100% specific. tranny noise...wont touch it. You didn't say you had issues with it.
Im so done with Ford and their service department.
they cant be trusted to do a job right. they cant be trusted to do the job period. Im wondering what if anything they did can be trusted? What else did they NOT do.
Ford servicing is the worst automotive experience I have ever had. Im trading in my Ford and going back to Chevy.
