Take away Bill Cosby's recent and ongoing personal/legal issues...
Growing up I (as I suspect most of you did likewise) admired and respected Bill Cosby the Comedian. I really liked the fact he was a family show. He could get you laughing in the aisles hysterically till your sides hurt and tears were rolling down your face.
And it was all CLEAN humor. No F-bombs. Just good clean humor.
While I respect Kathy Griffin apologized for her lack of taste in her recent Trump effigy which failed miserably on all levels, she lost my respect with her response to the trolls and subsequent comeback.
Kathy Griffin is as funny as I am. Im German. Germans dont joke. The fact that she has to rely to SHOCKING people shows how little imagination and talent she really has as a comedian. She doesn't have any. And the fact she thinks we enjoy her brand of humor shows just truly how out of touch with reality she is. And Im insulted that she thinks the public is that stupid that we find this low class trailer park humor of hers funny. It isn't and neither is she.
And Jim Carey...Canadian aside...he really isn't that much funnier. His best work was Mask. He's coming to a fellow comedians aid is all. His reputation "carey's" no weight. See...that was even funnier than Kathy.
If she is truly as talented as she believes herself to be then it shouldn't be very hard at all for her to be the bigger person regarding trolls. And put some thought and effort into your career. That's the very reason Jessica Biel is a flop. She doesn't further or hone her skills.
Resorting to low level shock humor...isn't funny.
