Canada...where they keep apologizing for the past and where the Federal Government allows itself to be bullied by people who NEVER seem to get enough over past issues. They keep bringing it back up and saying give us more. And they get it.
That's one of the things I like about the U.S. They apologize once. Then tell these groups to get over it and move on.
Now...imagine you make illegal cigarettes. You then sue the Federal Government for NOT cracking down on illegal cigarette manufactures because YOU are losing money at doing the exact same thing because the government failed to shut down any and all competition. Including you. Say What???

My word. Im not making this up. You couldn't script this crap. Its like the guy who broke into a school, fell through the skylight, injured himself and successfully sued the school.
How messed up a Country do you need to have to allow this kind of bullshit to exist...and to the tune of...check this number out...3 BILLION dollars. Yep...with a "B". wow.
